Refund policy

To Initiate an exchange due to item/s arriving damage/broken, contact us at RRJ_Info@renarozaysjewels.com with a photo of the damaged/broken item. You will be contacted acknowledging your request for an exchange to and to possibly provide further information.  All exchanges are FINAL. 

  • NO REFUNDS are given, A credit only(equal to the value of the item/s) will only be provided if there are no more of the item/s available.
  • No cancellations on already placed (paid for) orders.
  • No switching/swapping items on completed orders.
  • PLEASE TAKE YOUR TIME WHEN ENTERING YOUR ADDRESS AND EMAIL CORRECTLY DURING THE CHECKOUT PROCESS. DUE TO THE HEAVY VOLUME OF EMAILS, IF YOU ENTER THE INCORRECT INFORMATION, IT MAY NOT BE CAUGHT IN TIME, AND YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY ANOTHER SHIPPING CHARGE TO HAVE THE ISSUE CORRECTED. 
  • EMAILS ABOUT AVAILABILITY AND RESTOCKS WILL NOT BE ANSWERED. PLEASE JOIN THE EMAIL MAILING LIST TO BE NOTIFIED WHEN AND IF RESTOCKS ARE AVAILABLE.
  • You can add insurance on your shipment if you would like for an additional charge. If you would like to add insurance to your order, you will need to contact us via email immediately after your order is placed, prior to a tracking number being printed for your order. Once the tracking number has been printed, insurance can not be added.
